You have the right to withdraw from contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods/services
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract within fourteen days, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your withdrawal from the contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
